Vendor Promotion Responsibilities

As part of their participation in the pop-up market, vendors are expected to actively promote the event to help drive attendance, build buzz, and support the overall success of the market. Responsibilities include:

  • Social Media Promotion: Share event details on personal and business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) leading up to the event.

  • Brand Tagging: Tag the event’s official accounts and use designated hashtags to boost visibility and cross-promotion.

  • Email Marketing: Include the event in newsletters or email blasts to customers or subscribers.

  • Flyer Distribution: Distribute physical or digital flyers provided by the organizers within their own networks, storefronts, or communities.

  • Collaboration: Engage with other vendors and the event's content (e.g., liking, commenting, sharing) to amplify collective reach.
